This is the task to which the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has dedicated its efforts over the past year, increasingly distinguishing itself as an economic and scientific ministry. It has been on the impetus of Minister Terzi \u2013 who made the point today speaking at the 2nd \u201cBioeconomy\u201d Conference award ceremony at the Senate library \u2013 that Italian embassies around the world have been urged to support collaboration between universities and research centres, placing a priority on biology, specifically molecular projects, for which nearly 30% of the ministry\u2019s available resources have been earmarked.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Innovitalia and Italy in the USA 2013<\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P>And that\u2019s not all. The Innovitalia.net platform, created in collaboration with the Ministry of Education to facilitate networking between diplomats, scientists and businesses, has seen its membership soar by thousands over just a few short weeks.
