On 26 April 2026, the 4th edition of the \u201cMaraTANA \u2013 the Italian run in Buenos Aires\u201d took place between Puerto Madero and Costanera Sur, as a celebration of Italian\u2013Argentine friendship and the value of sport. The event, promoted by the Italian Consulate General in Buenos Aires, is an initiative dedicated to the largest Italian community abroad and symbolises the encounter and sharing of roots and the unique bonds between the two communities.<\/p>\n
The initiative was organised with the technical partner \u201cClub de Corredores\u201d, under the patronage of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, the CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee) delegation and Com.It.Es. (Committees of Italians Abroad). Around 4,000 participants gathered this year in the vibrant district of Puerto Madero, along the capital\u2019s waterfront, with the start from Avenida de los Italianos, near which a dedicated \u201cItaly Space\u201d was set up.<\/p>\n
