The opening remarks will be delivered by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, <strong>Antonio Tajani<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Speeches will also be given by the Adviser to the Vice Presidency of the Council of Ministers for Local Authorities and European Programmes, <strong>Carmine De Angelis<\/strong>, and by the Chair of the Monitoring and Evaluation Committee, <strong>Raffaele Squitieri<\/strong>.
