My concerns\u201d, Terzi added, \u201care not enough to make the Palestinian government reconsider their timing on these decisions\u201d, assuring his counterpart that the initiative would, in any case, be evaluated by the European partners \u201cwith an earnest and friendly attitude\u201d.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>For his part, Malki underscored his \u201cfeeling obligated to take this initiative to the UN in the absence of developments in peace talks\u201d with Israel.
