The release of the aid worker kidnapped in southern Algeria on 23 October 2011 was announced by Minister Giulio Terzi.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>\u201cThis is wonderful news\u201d, the Minister <A name=\"_GoBack\"><\/A>told journalists at the Farnesina. He explained that he had conveyed a message from President Napolitano to the relatives of the aid worker, who were awaiting confirmation of her release from the Crisis Unit.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Napolitano \u201cpersonally followed this case, along with the Prime Minister, me and the entire Government. A case that has been so very difficult for Italian public opinion\u201d, explained Terzi.
