Parma is Italy&#8217;s 20th largest exporting province, with exports totalling \u20ac2.78 billion in the first quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Tajani also met with Nikolaus Georg Kriz, Executive Director of the European Food Safety Authority that is based in Parma.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister&#8217;s visit is part of a broader programme of activities to support local regions in their internationalization and export promotion efforts, within the framework of the growth diplomacy promoted by the Foreign Ministry.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani was in Parma to meet with the leaders of major local companies and to participate in the Assembly of the Parma Industrialists\u2019 Union in the Teatro Regio.
