The Italian Government is in contact with the Egyptian Government"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Italian citizen Nessy Guerra, who has been embroiled in a legal case with her ex-husband for months, was taken into custody this morning in Cairo and transferred to a police station, where she was reached by the Ambassador of Italy, Agostino Palese, and the Consul of Italy, Giulia De Nardis, who have been supporting her and her three-year-old daughter for months. Apparently, the reason for the summons is an order from an Egyptian judge to allow the little girl to see her father, Tamer Hamouda.<\/p>\n<p>Minor child custody is at the heart of a long-running dispute with her ex-husband, who has himself been convicted in Italy of various offences and was recently arrested and then released on bail for threatening the Consul of Italy in Hurghada.
