It provides an opportunity for a great improvement in the marines\u2019 detention conditions once they leave the prison\u201d. This was Foreign Minister Giulio Terzi\u2019s comment on the decision by the court in New Delhi not to pose any objections to the transfer of the two marines from the prison in Trivandrum to \u201ca place other than prison\u201d. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>New Delhi\u2019s ruling \u201calso provides an opportunity to continue along the judicial pathway, which truly opens up further prospects\u201d, added Terzi. He underscored that \u201cthe prospect of the two marines returning home is, of course, the one we continue to pursue\u201d. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>The timescale \u201cwill not be rapid\u201d, explained the Foreign Minister. Terzi underscored that \u201cthe huge effort being made by the negotiating team in New Delhi has once again been demonstrated.
