The Supreme Court in New Delhi has postponed until 26 July 2012 Italy\u2019s appeal regarding the constitutional legitimacy of the arrest of the two Italian marines. Massimiliano Latorre and Salvatore Girone are accused of killing two Indian fishermen. The reason for the long adjournment is the summer break, from 14 May to 2 July, of India\u2019s highest judicial body. <\/P>

The High Court has also ordered the State of Kerala to take a decision, within a week, on transferring the two marines to \u201ca place other than prison\u201d.
