Mohammed, ahead of the 81st UN General Assembly and the High-Level Week, which will take place from 22 September to 2 October.<\/p>\n<p>The discussion focused on Italy\u2019s main priorities and the United Nations\u2019 international agenda. Italy will take part in the UN General Assembly, focusing its efforts on the main crisis scenario \u2013 Ukraine, the Middle East and the Strait of Hormuz \u2013 and on strategic issues such as food security, access to fertilisers and freedom of navigation. Particular attention will also be paid to Africa and the issue of critical minerals, as well as to the reform of the United Nations (UN80).<\/p>\n<p>Tripodi and Mohammed went on to discuss in greater detail the issues surrounding next year\u2019s UN Food Systems Summit, a topic on which Italy plays a leading role.
