During the ceremony, the Minister will deliver remarks alongside European Parliament President Roberta Metsola and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. Italian and European political figures will also attend, including S&amp;D Group President Iratxe Garc\u00eda P\u00e9rez, Democratic Party Secretary Elly Schlein, and former Italian Prime Minister and European Commission President Romano Prodi.<\/p>\n<p>During his visit to Brussels, the Minister will also attend \u201cSilvio Berlusconi. 90 Years: An Italian Story\u201d, an event at the European Parliament honouring the former Prime Minister and founder of Forza Italia, who would have turned 90 on 29 September.
