The event \u201cExport focus: Businesses and territories of central Italy \u2013 Towards the 2026 National Export Conference\u201d, chaired by Minister of Foreign Affairs Antonio Tajani, will be held in Rome at the Auditorium Parco della Musica \u201cEnnio Morricone\u201d on Tuesday 6 October 2026.<\/p>\n

The event, organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency, CDP, SACE and SIMEST and with the support of Unioncamere, is the last of the three territorial stages organised in preparation for the 2026 National Export Conference, which will be held in Milan in December.<\/p>\n

The initiative, addressed to the regions of Lazio, Abruzzo, Umbria, Marche, Tuscany and Sardinia, aims to gather the demands of the productive system in order to build together with local companies an increasingly targeted strategy to support internationalisation and promotion of Made in Italy, in line with the objectives of the Export Action Plan.<\/p>\n

The event is scheduled to begin at 10.30 a.m. with the opening address and introduction by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani, who will also close the plenary session.<\/p>\n

During the conference, the Heads of the Commercial Offices of the Italian Embassies in different countries and Directors of Italian Trade Agency offices abroad, together with experts from Italian Trade Agency, CDP, SACE and SIMEST, will be available for face-to-face meetings with companies interested in learning about promotional tools and financial measures to support the internationalisation process and to develop their presence in their respective markets.<\/p>\n

During the event, there will also be a double session of the initiative \u201cLaboratorio della Crescita\u201d (Growth Laboratory), dedicated respectively to the internationalisation of the excellence of Made in Italy and the cultural and creative industries of the territory, and to the enhancement of innovative start-ups and SMEs and opportunities to support the projection on foreign markets.<\/p>\n

The plenary sessions will be open to the press, which will also have a dedicated press room at its disposal, from which it will be possible to follow the proceedings streamed live on one\u2019s own device.<\/p>\n

Journalists, photographers and cameramen wishing to attend the event are kindly requested to register no later than 5.00 p.m.<\/u> on Monday 5 October<\/u> by completing the registration form at https:\/\/portaleaccreditamento.esteri.it<\/a> and uploading the required documentation.<\/p>\n
