The point was explained by Maurizio Massari, Minister Giulio Terzi\u2019s new Special Envoy for the countries of the Mediterranean and the Arab Spring. Massari was speaking in a radio interview on RAI\u2019s GR1 news programme. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>\u201cWe need to reflect some more on the timing and arrangements for me to visit Syria; we need to find the right messag\u201d for the Syrian authorities\u201d, said Massari. The Envoy was replying to a question on the outcome of his first meeting with the Syrian Ambassador in Italy, with whom, he said \u201cWe have two different views on how to resolve the crisis\u201d. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>The Special Envoy has a packed diary: next week sees his first engagements in Morocco and Algeria, followed by the other countries of North Africa: Tunisia, Egypt and Libya.
