The focus of the conversation \u2013 in addition to bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries \u2013 was an update on compatriot David Solazzo\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p>The two interlocutors expressed satisfaction with the excellent level of bilateral relations, marked by a long and fruitful friendship and close cooperation in various sectors such as health, agrifoodstuffs, tax and legal fields.<\/p>\n<p>In the spirit of this fruitful cooperation, the Vice Minister represented to Minister Tavares the importance that Italy attaches to David Solazzo\u2019s case, who was found dead last year in Cabo Verde. &#8220;We believe it is our moral duty to get to the truth about what happened to David as quickly as possible. For Italy, shedding light on the causes of his death is a priority.
