\u00a0<\/p>\n

Vivere all\u2019<\/strong>italiana\u00a0sul palcoscenico<\/i>\u201d\u00a0and\u00a0\u201c<\/strong>Vivere all\u2019<\/strong>italiana\u00a0in musica<\/i>\u201d\u00a0are the new initiatives for the promotion and diffusion of Italian culture abroad that aim to support the recovery of Italian productions in the live entertainment sector and the international relaunch thanks to the Network of Embassies, Consulates, Representatives and Italian Cultural Institutes in the world.<\/p>\n

The initiatives have been developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation – Directorate General for the Promotion of the Country System in line with the objectives of “Cura Italia” (DL. 18\/2020 converted into Law no. 27 of 24 April 2020) in support of the culture sector, and with the integrated promotion strategy “Vivere all’Italiana”.<\/p>\n


\u201c<\/strong>Vivere all<\/strong>\u2019<\/strong>italiana\u00a0sul palcoscenico<\/i>\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Initiative aims to promote interest in artistic proposals for new and original multidisciplinary productions or in the individual disciplines of contemporary theatre, dance, and circus.<\/p>\n

A maximum of ten proposals will be selected, with particular attention to the quality of the project and consistency with the aims of the initiative, the innovative character and the capacity for international dissemination, which must be produced and filmed in video form by November 30, 2020.<\/p>\n

The videos will be part of the programming of the initiative “Vivere all’italiana sul palcoscenico<\/strong>” which will be broadcast in 2020 through a dedicated platform and promoted internationally by the Ministry’s Foreign Network.<\/p>\n

Compatible with the filming of events in the presence and after verification of the available financial resources, the MAECI will be able to promote the circulation abroad from 2021 of three of the selected projects – identified following a vote by the Italian Cultural Institutes – also thanks to the support of the General Direction for Entertainment of MiBACT.<\/p>\n

The Notice is addressed to professional performing arts organizations that may submit expressions of interest for project proposals also in the form of grouping, according to the modalities described in the Notice, no later than midnight on September 6, 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The initiative is promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation – Directorate General for the Promotion of the Country System, in collaboration with the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities and for Tourism – Directorate General for Entertainment.<\/p>\n

The Notice aims to acquire expressions of interest for artistic-musical proposals of new and original productions in two sections: classical\/contemporary music and jazz.<\/p>\n

A maximum of five proposals will be selected for the classical\/contemporary music section and five proposals for the jazz section, with particular attention to projects that are inspired by the great Italian musical tradition and propose original and unpublished compositions of high quality. The selected proposals must be produced and finalized in digital album and video format by November 30, 2020.<\/p>\n

The albums and videos will be presented as part of the initiative “Vivere all’italiana in musica<\/i><\/strong>” which will be disseminated in 2020 through a dedicated platform and promoted internationally by the Ministry’s Foreign Network.<\/p>\n

The Notice is addressed to new or existing musical groups, ensembles, or orchestras, with at least three members, who may present expressions of interest in the manner described in the Notice, no later than midnight on September 6, 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For the jazz section, “Vivere all’italiana in musica<\/i><\/strong>” is promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation – Directorate General for the Promotion of the Country System in collaboration with MIDJ – Italian Association of Jazz Musicians and the National Federation of Italian Jazz.<\/p>\n
