The event was opened by Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, in the presence of the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am here at the Assolombarda General Meeting once again this year, and again I have appreciated the openness of the requests and of the commitments made by the business world&#8221;, said the Undersecretary. &#8220;I noticed that the comments made by the President of Confindustria, Boccia and by the Prime Minister show that they are \u00a0on the same page, especially Boccia\u2019s comment: &#8216;The stability and growth pact must become the growth and stability pact&#8217;, and we all fully agree. For too many years we have complied with the logic of stability as a single priority when instead it is growth that is the prerequisite for stability.
