The Fair, with 720 exhibitors from 35 Countries, attracts 40,000 visitors a year. The\u00a0Italy\u00a0Pavilion, one of the Fair\u2019s largest, also hosted Sistema Espresso Italia, Mamma Pasta, Vingo Sia, Nava, and Tincture Sincere, all of which are Italian food producers and importers of fruit and vegetables and wine.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Fair\u2019s many visitors had the opportunity to appreciate a wide range of food products of excellence, showing such a great interest that several exhibitors were spurred to boost their presence in the Country. Numerous Italian companies participated in Riga Food with individual stands: Unifarmed (gluten-free pastry), Il Chiaramontano di Castro &amp; C.
