The occasion was the\u00a0Council of Ministers\u00a0of the Association of Caribbean States\u00a0\u2013 Trinidad and Tobago (for the seating of the new President of the Republic) \u2013 and Guyana. In addition to bilateral meetings, the Special Envoy met with the Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States and the Secretary General of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).
