The event will open with remarks by the Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,\u00a0Manlio Di Stefano<\/strong>, the Minister for Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, Teresa Bellanova\u00a0<\/strong>and a Board member of the e Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalisation of Italian companies (ICE) and President of Filiera Italia,\u00a0Luigi Pio Scordamaglia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The opening remarks will be followed by the screening of the video \u201cIl Modello Mediterraneo per uno stile di vita salutare<\/i>\u201d (\u201cThe Mediterranean Model for a Healthy Lifestyle\u201d<\/i>).<\/p>\n

The speakers scheduled to speak at the first session, <\/strong>\u201cFood education: research, training and communication<\/i>\u201d are:\u00a0Gabriella Morini,<\/strong>\u00a0Researcher on the Science of Taste and Food, at the Universit\u00e0 degli studi di Scienze Gastronomiche in Pollenzo,\u00a0Luca Piretta<\/strong>, Nutritionist and Gastroenterologist, Professor at the Biomedical Campus in Rome,\u00a0Carla Rinaldi<\/strong>, President of the Fondazione Reggio Children – Internazionale Centro Loris Malaguzzi and\u00a0Alessandro Circiello,\u00a0<\/strong>Federation of Italian Chefs.<\/p>\n

The session will be followed by the screening of the video \u201cLe Colline del Prosecco di Conegliano e Valdobbiadene Patrimonio UNESCO<\/i>\u201d.<\/p>\n

The speakers scheduled to speak at the second session <\/strong>\u201cThe Culture of Taste, promoting local productions and Italian points of excellence<\/i>\u201d are: Innocente Nardi<\/strong>, President of the Consorzio di Tutela del Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG,\u00a0Ernesto Abbona,\u00a0<\/strong>President of Unione Italiana Vini and\u00a0Pino Cuttaia,\u00a0<\/strong>Chef at the La Madia<\/i> Restaurant.<\/i><\/p>\n

The event will be moderated by\u00a0Vincenzo de Luca<\/strong>, the Foreign Ministry\u2019s Director General for Cultural and Economic Promotion and Innovation.<\/p>\n

Rocco Pozzullo,\u00a0<\/strong>President of the Federation of Italian Chefs, will subsequently present a\u00a0cooking-show,<\/i>\u00a0drawing inspiration from writings by Leonardo da Vinci.<\/p>\n
