On Wednesday 11 September 2019, at 11 a.m.<\/strong>\u00a0the Farnesina will host the presentation of “Fiera\u00a0 MACFRUT 2020\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and of the new\u00a0SPICES & HERBS GLOBAL EXPO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The 2020 edition of the\u00a0international\u00a0Macfrut fair will take place in Rimini from 5 to 7 May 2020 in partnership with the Sardinia Region. It will have an international focus on \u201cFruits and Spices along Marco Polo’s Road \u201d. Spices & Herbs Global Expo, to be be held together with Macfrut 2020, will be the first exhibition in Europe entirely focused on the world of spices, medicinal and aromatic herbs.<\/p>\n

The event will open with remarks by\u00a0Vincenzo de Luca,\u00a0<\/strong>Director General of the Department for Cultural and Economic Promotion and Innovation of\u00a0the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), which will be followed by\u00a0Renzo Piraccini<\/strong>, President of Cesena Fiera,\u00a0 and\u00a0Gabriella Murgia,<\/strong>\u00a0Councillor for Agriculture of the Sardinia Region, .<\/p>\n

Addresses by\u00a0Ines Aronadio,\u00a0<\/strong>Director of ICE- Italian Trade Agency’, Coordination and Promotion Office of Made in Italy,\u00a0Ettore Prandini,<\/strong>President of Coldiretti, and\u00a0Raffaele Borriello<\/strong>,\u00a0Director of ISMEA,<\/p>\n
