On Wednesday, 12 June 2019,\u00a0<\/strong>the\u00a0meeting of the\u00a0Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the\u00a0<\/span>Central European Initiative (CEI)<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>will take place at the\u00a0<\/span>Palazzo della Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia\u00a0<\/strong>in Trieste.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting will be attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and President-in-office of the CEI,<\/p>\n

Enzo Moavero Milanesi<\/strong>\u00a0and by the Foreign Ministers of the Member States.<\/p>\n

The meeting agenda schedules the following photo opportunities:<\/p>\n

9:00 a.m. –\u00a0arrival of the Heads of Delelegation\u00a0(Piazza Unit\u00e0 d\u2019Italia)<\/i><\/p>\n

9:30 a.m. –\u00a0 tour-de-table at the opening of the Plenary Session\u00a0(Palazzo della Regione \u2013 Salone di Rappresentanza)<\/i>\u00a0<\/p>\n

12:00 p.m. –\u00a0family photo\u00a0(Palazzo della Regione \u2013 Scalone d\u2019ingresso)<\/i><\/p>\n

12:15 p.m. \u2013\u00a0press conference of the CEI President and Secretary General\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(Palazzo della Regione \u2013 Sala Predonzani)<\/i><\/p>\n

Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in covering the event are requested to\u00a0apply for accreditation by Sunday, 9 June,<\/strong>\u00a0in one of the following two ways:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0ONLINE,<\/strong>\u00a0at the link\u00a0https:\/\/portaleaccreditamento.esteri.it<\/a>, attaching thereto the requested documentation in digital format (letter of his\/her media organization containing his\/her personal data and, for members of the foreign press, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation\u2019s Country).<\/p>\n

In the light of the limited capacity of meeting rooms, for logistic reasons it could be necessary to form pool of cameramen and photographers for photo opportunities.<\/p>\n

For requests to place satellite trucks, the vehicle\u2019s model and licence plates must be notified via email to\u00a0accreditamentostampa@esteri.it<\/a>\u00a0and to\u00a0press@cei.int<\/a>\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Tuesday, 11 June<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Wednesday, 12 June<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 from\u00a08:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.<\/p>\n
