On Tuesday, 13 February, at 11:00 a.m., <\/strong>the Farnesina will host the presentation of the\u00a0Second Italian Design <\/strong>Day <\/strong>in the World,\u00a0<\/strong>organised by the Directorate General for Economic and Cultural Promotion and Innovation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) in partnership with the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism (MiBACT), the Triennale di Milano, the ICE Agency, FederlegnoArredo, the Salone del Mobile, the Association for Industrial Design (ADI) and the Compasso d\u2019oro Foundation. The project, now at its second edition, is part of the integrated promotion strategy launched by the Foreign Ministry through the \u201cItalian Way of Life\u201d campaign. \u00a0<\/p>\n

The event will be attended by the press and the Diplomatic Corps accredited in Italy and will open with remarks by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,\u00a0Elisabetta Belloni,\u00a0<\/strong>who will be followed by Antimo Cesaro<\/strong>, Undersecretary of State at the MiBACT,\u00a0Michele Scannavini,\u00a0<\/strong>the President of ICE-Agency,\u00a0Andrea Cancellato,\u00a0<\/strong>the Director General of the Fondazione la Triennale di Milano,\u00a0Emanuele Orsini,\u00a0<\/strong>the President of FederlegnoArredo,\u00a0Paolo Glisenti<\/strong>, the Commissioner General for Italy at EXPO 2020 Dubai,\u00a0Umberto Cabini,<\/strong> the\u00a0<\/strong>President of the Foundation of the Association for Industrial Design,\u00a0Luisa Bocchietto,\u00a0<\/strong>the President of the World Design Organization, and\u00a0Elena Salmistraro and Stefano Follesa,\u00a0<\/strong>the \u201cAmbassadors\u201d of Italian design in the world. \u00a0<\/p>\n

The debate will be moderated by the Director General for Economic and Cultural Promotion and Innovation at the MAECI, Vincenzo De Luca.<\/strong><\/p>\n
