{"id":25466,"date":"2018-02-02T10:25:01","date_gmt":"2018-02-02T09:25:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/comunicati\/2018\/02\/nota-di-accreditamento-stampa-beamline-2\/"},"modified":"2018-02-02T10:25:01","modified_gmt":"2018-02-02T09:25:01","slug":"nota-di-accreditamento-stampa-beamline","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/en\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/notestampa\/2018\/02\/nota-di-accreditamento-stampa-beamline\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESS ACCREDITATION NOTICE &#8211; \u201cBeamLine for schools &#8211; BL4S\u201d (Farnesina, 8 February 2018)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>On 8 February 2018, at 3:00 p.m.<\/strong>, the Farnesina will host the Prize Awarding Ceremony to the winning teams of the international competition <strong>\u201cBeamLine for schools &#8211; BL4S\u201d<\/strong>, at the presence of the Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs,\u00a0<strong>Benedetto Della Vedova<\/strong>.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event will be moderated by the Principal Director for Innovation and Research,\u00a0<strong>Fabrizio Nicoletti<\/strong>, and will be attended by the Director General of CERN,\u00a0<strong>Fabiola Gianotti<\/strong>, the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Education, University and Research,\u00a0<strong>Gabriele Toccafondi<\/strong>, and the President of the National Institute for Nuclear Physics,\u00a0<strong>Fernando Ferroni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Every year, the contest offers secondary school students around the world the possibility of performing their own scientific experiment at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To date, Italy is the only Country that has won the BL4S twice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event are requested to apply for accreditation in one of the following two ways:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 by filling the interactive form and clicking on the event concerned at the link <strong>http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp<\/strong>, attaching thereto, unless already provided, the documentation requested in digital format (letter from the media organisation and, for representatives of foreign media, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation\u2019s Country).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 by sending an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation\u2019s Institutional Press and Communication Service at the following address: <strong>accreditamentostampa@esteri.it<\/strong> (Tel. + 39 06\/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210), attaching thereto the letter of his\/her media organisation (or press card for freelance reporters) and, for members of the foreign press, a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation\u2019s Country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews may collect their accreditation badges in person from the\u00a0Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, <strong>main entrance \u2013 left-hand side \u2013 from 2:30 to 3:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"On 8 February 2018, at 3:00 p.m., the Farnesina will host the Prize Awarding Ceremony to the winning teams of the international competition \u201cBeamLine for schools &#8211; BL4S\u201d, at the presence of the Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs,\u00a0Benedetto Della Vedova.
