On that occasion, we pressed ahead with the request that the\u00a0 <strong>UNHCR and the IOM <\/strong>r<strong>eturn to that country<\/strong> as soon as\u00a0 possible.&#8221; He went on: &#8220;In particular the Committee approved an environmental\u00a0 health programme for the city of Tripoli and a programme to benefit\u00a0 disadvantaged communities in Tunisia, both to be financed through the Fund for\u00a0 Africa.&#8221; The Committee also adopted measures in Bosnia and Herzegovina,\u00a0 Afghanistan, and Pakistan and two aid credits to revitalise the cultural\u00a0 and natural heritage and to improve the juvenile penal system in Guatemala.
