On Thursday\u00a06 July,\u00a0 the Farnesina will host the Ministerial\u00a0Conference entitled\u00a0“A shared responsibility for a common goal: solidarity and security\u201d<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Conference will be attended by the\u00a0Ministers of the Countries of Origin and Transit of Migration \u00a0(Libya, Niger, Tunisia, Egypt, Chad, Ethiopia, Sudan)<\/strong>, along with some\u00a0\u00a0EU member countries (Germany, Austria, Spain, France, The Netherlands, Malta, Estonia)<\/strong>, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\u00a0\u00a0Federica Mogherini<\/strong>,\u00a0 the Deputy High Commissioner of the\u00a0UNHCR,\u00a0Volker Turk<\/strong>,\u00a0the\u00a0Director General of the IOM,\u00a0William Lacy Swing<\/strong>, and the special representative of the\u00a0Secretary General of the United Nations for International Migration,\u00a0Louise Arbour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The members of the press will have access to the following segments of the agenda:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 10:00 a.m.\u00a0–\u00a0 Round table during opening session (photographers\u00a0and cameramen only)<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 12:20 p.m.\u00a0– Family photo (photographers and\u00a0cameramen only)<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a012:30\u00a0 p.m.- Press Point with conclusions by the\u00a0Minister of Foreign\u00a0Affairs and International\u00a0 Cooperation,\u00a0Angelino Alfano<\/strong><\/p>\n

Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the above mentioned events open to the media\u00a0are requested to apply for accreditation in one of the following\u00a0 ways:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0by filling the interactive form at the link http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp<\/a>, attaching thereto, unless already provided, the information requested in digital format (letter from the media organisation and, for representatives of foreign media, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation\u2019s Country).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0by sending an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation\u2019s Institutional Press and Communication Service at the following address: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it<\/a> (Tel. + 39 06\/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210),\u00a0including name, surname, media organisation, date and place of birth.<\/strong>
Journalists NOT registered in the reserved area on the website of the MInistry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation are requested to attach\u00a0the letter of their\u00a0 media organisation (or press card) and, for members of the foreign press, a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation\u2019s Country.<\/p>\n
