On Monday 28 November at 10:00 am, <\/strong>the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation will host the inaugural event of “Farnesina Open Doors<\/strong>“, now at its 8th edition dedicated to the subject of\u00a0“Dialogues, cultures, Mediterranean.”<\/strong>The event’s rich programme will feature “Love Difference \u2013 Mar Mediterraneo<\/strong>” by Michelangelo Pistoletto, that will be set up at the centre of the International Conference Hall; the presentation of the Farnesina’s participation in the “Open for You”<\/strong> initiative by the Italian Touring Club<\/strong>; the\u00a0launching of the Farnesina’s Instagram\u00a0profile <\/strong>and a debate on an integrated cultural promotion\u00a0of the Mediterranean, <\/strong>which is promoted in conjunction with ISPI, the Italian Institute for International Political Studies. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The opening speech by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Paolo Gentiloni, <\/strong>will be followed by presentations by Vincenzo de Luca<\/strong>,\u00a0 Director General for Cultural and Economic Promotion and Innovation, Anna Mattirolo, <\/strong>Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Tourism, Scientific Committee of the Farnesina Collection, Franco Isepp<\/strong>i, president of the Italian Touring Club, Philippe Daverio<\/strong>, art historian and Paolo Maggiolini<\/strong>, of the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI).A guided visit to the Farnesina Collection will take place at the end of the inaugural event.Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event are requested to apply for accreditation in one of the following two ways<\/strong>:<\/p>\n
