{"id":25955,"date":"2016-07-22T16:20:16","date_gmt":"2016-07-22T14:20:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/comunicati\/2016\/07\/nota-di-accreditamento-presentazione_4-2\/"},"modified":"2016-07-22T16:20:16","modified_gmt":"2016-07-22T14:20:16","slug":"nota-di-accreditamento-presentazione_4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/en\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/notestampa\/2016\/07\/nota-di-accreditamento-presentazione_4\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentation of the new Italian Development Cooperation System (Farnesina, 27 July 2016)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>On Wednesday 27 July at\u00a0 10:00 am<\/strong>, the Farnesina will host the\u00a0<strong>presentation of the new Italian Cooperation Development System.<\/strong><strong>Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Paolo Gentiloni<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Deputy Minister Mario Giro<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>will open the meeting.\u00a0<strong>Giampaolo Cantini<\/strong>,\u00a0\u00a0Director General of the Foreign\u00a0 Ministry&#8217;s\u00a0Development Cooperation,\u00a0<strong>Laura Frigenti<\/strong>, Director of the Italian Development Cooperation Agency and\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Bernardo Bini Smaghi<\/strong>, Director of Business Development at\u00a0 Cassa Depositi e Prestiti will attend.\u00a0The reform of the Italian Development Cooperation has led to a new institutional framework designed to make it more effective and Cooperation policies more consistent. Under the new system, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation is seen to give guidance in the definition of cooperation policies, while the\u00a0 Italian Development Cooperation Agency, established following the reform, is in charge of implementing policies.
