The Conference is organised by the\u00a0 Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and <strong>the Institute of International Affairs (IAI)<\/strong> with the contribution of the Barcelona Centre for International Affairs (CIDOB) and the Italian Latin American Institute (IILA)<strong>. <\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Journalists will be able to attend the<strong> final session of the Conference which will start at 4:30 p.m<\/strong>.
