Speakers will include President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, President of the Council of Ministers Matteo Renzi and Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Paolo Gentiloni.<\/p>\n<p>The speeches may be covered in the conference room by photographers and TV crews, and in closed circuit in <i>salle d\u2019\u00e9coute<\/i> by the press.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Online accreditation system<\/strong>. Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the speeches by President Mattarella, Premier Renzi and Minister Gentiloni should:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; complete the interactive form available at\u00a0http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp&#8221; href=&#8221;http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp&#8221;>http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; attach all required documentation (if not already submitted) to the form, in digital format<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required documentation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; a letter from your media organisation<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; for foreign journalists in Italy: a note verbale issued by the Embassy in Rome of your media organisation\u2019s country.<\/p>\n<p>The above must be submitted <strong>no later than 18:00 on Friday 24 July<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If you are unable to complete the online accreditation procedure, please send your application\u00a0<strong>by fax<\/strong>, on your media organisation\u2019s letterhead, to the Foreign Ministry\u2019s Press and Institutional Communication Service (tel. 06\/3691.3432-8573-8210).<\/p>\n<p>Accredited members of the press will be admitted at the rear entrance to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs \u2013 Via Macchia della Farnesina \u2013 according to the following timetable:<\/p>\n<p>Requests for satellite positioning, license plate numbers and models of vehicles and personal data of their drivers must be submitted via e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:accreditamentostampa@esteri.it\">accreditamentostampa@esteri.it<\/a>\u00a0(tel. 06\/3691.3432-8573-8210)\u00a0<strong>no later than 18:00 on Friday 24 July<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional logistical information will be announced soon. <\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"On Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 July the Farnesina will host the 11th Conference of Ambassadors of Italy entitled \u201cDiplomacy for Italy\u201d.
