{"id":26331,"date":"2015-03-13T19:02:34","date_gmt":"2015-03-13T18:02:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/comunicati\/2015\/03\/nota-di-accreditamento-la-documentazione-2\/"},"modified":"2015-03-13T19:02:34","modified_gmt":"2015-03-13T18:02:34","slug":"nota-di-accreditamento-la-documentazione","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/en\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/notestampa\/2015\/03\/nota-di-accreditamento-la-documentazione\/","title":{"rendered":"ACCREDITATION NOTICE &#8211; Historic-Diplomatic Documentation, Between Continuity and Renewal (Farnesina, 17 March  2015)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At <strong>11:00 on Tuesday 17 March<\/strong> the <strong>Farnesina<\/strong> will host the second edition of \u201c<strong>Historic-Diplomatic Documentation, Between Continuity and Renewal<\/strong>\u201d, in the context of which Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Paolo Gentiloni will launch the portal <strong><i>Politica estera e storia: documenti e immagini della Diplomazia italiana<\/i><\/strong>, which will make available a digital version of the 120 volumes of Italian diplomatic documentation published to date.<\/p>\n<p>The prestigious collection begun by De Gasperini 1946, and which gathers the most important Italian foreign policy documentation from the unification up to the 1950s, will be consultable by all through a search engine designed especially by the State Polygraphic Institute.<\/p>\n<p>The portal also has a section containing digital version of exhibitions of archival materials, the most eagerly awaited of which will be \u201cItaly, Diplomacy and the Great War\u201d, an exhibition which will be previewed on 17 March and that opens in May on the centennial of Italy\u2019s entry into WWI.
