Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event should:<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; complete the interactive form available at<A title=blocked::http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp href=\"http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp\">http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp<\/A><\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; attach all required documentation (if not already submitted) to the form, in digital format<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Required documentation<\/STRONG><\/STRONG>:<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; a letter from your media organisation<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; for foreign journalists in Italy: a note verbale issued by the Embassy in Rome of your media organisation\u2019s country.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>If you are unable to complete the online accreditation procedure, please send your application <STRONG>by fax<\/STRONG><\/STRONG>, on your media organisation\u2019s letterhead, to the Foreign Ministry\u2019s Press and Institutional Communication Service (tel. 06\/3691.3432 \u2013 fax 06\/3691.2122).<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Accredited members of the press will be admitted at the rear entrance to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs \u2013 Via Macchia della Farnesina \u2013 according to the following schedule:<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; photographers and TV crews, between 14:00 and 14:45 and no later (to cover arrivals, family photo plenary roundtable and signing of the declaration);<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; journalists, between 17:00 and 17:45 (to cover the press conference). <\/P><br \/>\n<P>Since Villa Madama is closed to private vehicles, a shuttle service will be running between the ministry and the Villa from 14:00 to the end of the event.<\/P><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A meeting of the Coordinating Committee of the Ministers of Italy and Slovenia will take place at Villa Madama in Rome on Tuesday 27 May 2014.
