Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event should:<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; complete the interactive form available at <A title=blocked::http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp href=\"http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp\">http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp<\/A><\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; attach all required documentation (if not already submitted) to the form, in digital format<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Required documentation<\/STRONG>: <\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; a letter from your media organisation <\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; for foreign journalists in Italy: a note verbale issued by the Embassy in Rome of your media organisation\u2019s country.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>If you are unable to complete the online accreditation procedure, please send your application <STRONG>by fax<\/STRONG> to the Foreign Ministry\u2019s Press and Institutional Communication Service (tel. 06\/3691.3432 \u2013 fax 06\/3691.2122) <STRONG>or by email<\/STRONG> to <A title=mailto:accreditamentostampa@esteri.itblocked::mailto:accreditamentostampa@esteri.it href=\"mailto:accreditamentostampa@esteri.it\">accreditamentostampa@esteri.it<\/A>.<STRONG><\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Media representatives who need an <STRONG>entry visa for Italy<\/STRONG> should apply as soon as possible to the Italian Embassy or Consulate for their region. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>Accreditation badges can be collected in person on presentation of a valid ID at the Press Accreditation Office at the rear entrance to the Ministry in Via Macchia della Farnesina, from 8.30 of Thursday 6 March 2014.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Media representatives accompanying foreign delegations taking part in the conference should use the same entrance in Via Macchia della Farnesina, from 8.30, to collect their press accreditation badge.
