The 4th Fondazione Rita Levi-Montalcini Onlus Conference on \u201cEducation for African Women: a question of gender and a driver of development\u201d will open at 09.30 on Thursday 16 January 2014<\/STRONG> in the International Conference Hall at the Farnesina.<\/P>
\n

Organised by the Directorate General for Development Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by the Fondazione Rita Levi-Montalcini, the conference will be opened by Deputy Foreign Minister Marta Dass\u00f9. She will be followed by the Minister for Integration, C\u00e9cile Kyenge.<\/P>

The programme includes the following sessions:<\/P>
\n

\u201cCooperation Policy\u201d (from 9.30 to 12.30)<\/P>
\n

\u201cSocial Solidarity\u201d (from 12.30 to 13.00)<\/P>
\n

\u201cBest Practice\u201d (from 14.00 to16.30)<\/P>
\n

The Director General for Development Cooperation, Giampaolo Cantini, will give the closing address.<\/P>
\n
