Representing Italy will be Minister for Foreign Affairs Emma Bonino and Defence Minister Mario Mauro; participating on behalf of Russia will be Minister for Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov and Defence Minister Sergei Shoygu.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>The meeting\u2019s agenda includes the following press moments:<\/P><br \/>\n<P>\u00b7 Arrival of the Foreign and Defence Ministers (11:00)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>\u00b7 Family Photo (to follow)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>\u00b7 Round Table at start of Plenary Session (12:10)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>\u00b7 Press Conference with Foreign and Defence Ministers (14:30 approx.)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Journalists and camera operators interested in covering the event are asked to apply for accreditation<STRONG> no later than 16:00 on Monday 5 August 2013<\/STRONG> by completing the interactive form available at the link <STRONG><A title=\"blocked::http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp\nhttp:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp\" href=\"http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp\">http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp<\/A><\/STRONG><STRONG> <\/STRONG>to which all required documentation can be attached in digital format. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>If in exceptional cases it is not possible to complete the online accreditation procedure, applications in writing on company letterhead and signed by the director of the organisation concerned\u2014indicating name, surname, date and place of birth, number of a valid ID document and qualification\u2014should be sent by fax to the Press Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (tel. 063691.3432 fax 06.3691.2122).<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Accredited members of the press are asked to report at the rear entrance to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in via della Macchia della Farnesina<STRONG> according to the following schedule:<\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; <STRONG>Camera operators and photographers<\/STRONG> from 9:15 to 10:00 (to cover arrivals, family photo and Plenary Session round table);<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; <STRONG>Journalists<\/STRONG> from 13:00 to 13:45 (for the press conference). <\/P><br \/>\n<P>Since Villa Madama is closed to private vehicles, a shuttle service will be running between the foreign ministry and the villa from 9:15 to the end of the event.<\/P><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Italo-Russian 2+2 Foreign-Defence Ministerial Meeting will take place at Villa Madama in Rome on Tuesday 6 August 2013.
