The event will be attended by senior representations of the Italian institutions and the Roman Catholic Church.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>The bilateral government meetings will begin at 16.00.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event should use the online accreditation system. Please complete the interactive form available at <A title=blocked::http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp href=\"http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp\">http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp<\/A>\u00a0to which all required documentation not already submitted must be attached in digital format. This includes a letter from their media organisation and, for foreign journalists in Italy, a note verbale a note verbale issued by the Embassy in Rome of their media organisation\u2019s country).<\/P><br \/>\n<P>If it is not possible to complete the online accreditation procedure, applications should be sent by fax to the Foreign Ministry\u2019s Press and Institutional Communication Service (fax 06\/3691.2122 \u2013tel. 06\/3691.3432)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Accreditation applications<STRONG><\/STRONG>must reach us <STRONG>no later than 12.00 hours of 11 February 2013<\/STRONG>.<\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>The security procedures, as detailed below, will take place at the Foreign Ministry only<\/STRONG>. <\/STRONG><STRONG><\/STRONG>Journalists, photographers and TV crews <STRONG>will not be allowed to enter Palazzo Borromeo if they have not followed these procedures. Nor will they be allowed to enter using their own vehicles<\/STRONG>.<\/STRONG><STRONG><\/STRONG>The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will provide a <STRONG>shuttle service between the Farnesina building <\/STRONG><\/STRONG>(leaving from the<STRONG><\/STRONG>rear entrance at \u201cvia della Macchia della Farnesina\u201d) and <\/STRONG><STRONG>Palazzo Borromeo<\/STRONG><\/STRONG>.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Accredited photographers and TV crews<\/STRONG> <\/STRONG>should report to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs \u2013 rear entrance at \u201cvia della Macchia della Farnesina\u201d \u2013 on Tuesday 12 February <STRONG>from 14.00 and no later than 15.00<\/STRONG><\/STRONG>. Please note the need for absolute punctuality.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Accredited journalists<\/STRONG> <\/STRONG>should report to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs \u2013 rear entrance at \u201cvia della Macchia della Farnesina\u201d \u2013 on Tuesday 12 February <STRONG>from 14.45 and no later than 15.15<\/STRONG><\/STRONG>.
