Please be reminded that Minister for Foreign Affairs Giulio Terzi is scheduled to meet with the Foreign Minister of Mozambique, Oldemiro Baloi, on Tuesday 16 October at 12:30<\/STRONG>. The two ministers will hold a press conference at the end of their meeting, immediately followed by their opening speeches at the Mozambique \u201cCountry Presentation\u201d which the press will be allowed to cover.<\/P>
\n

Mozambique is, to date, the main African recipient of interventions by the Italian Development Cooperation, and is one of Italy\u2019s fundamental partners in building peace and security in Africa. Within the context of celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Rome Peace Accord (4 October 1992), the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has organised a \u201cCountry Presentation\u201d dedicated to Mozambique,<\/STRONG> and to better informing our business community of the growing possibilities for investments there. The main focus will be on the key sectors of infrastructure, resources (water, gas and minerals), renewable energy, farming\/food production and tourism. The presentation is part of a broader effort at strengthening bilateral relations with Mozambique, not least in light of a significant increase in trade of over \u20ac300 million, with more than \u20ac100 million in investments by Italian firms.<\/P>

Journalists and camera operators interested in covering the event are asked to apply for accreditation by completing the interactive form available at the link<\/STRONG> http:\/\/mae.accreditationsystem.info\/ITA\/Indice.asp<\/A> to which all required documentation can be attached in digital format.<\/P>
\n

If in exceptional cases it is not possible to complete the online accreditation procedure, applications in writing on company letterhead and signed by the director of the organisation concerned\u2014indicating name, surname, date and place of birth, number of a valid ID document and qualification\u2014should be sent by fax to the Press Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (tel. 063691.3432 fax 06.3691.2122).<\/P>

Accredited members of the press are asked to report to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs \u2013Via Macchia della Farnesina entrance \u2013 beginning at 13:30 for two separate events:<\/P>
