Their exchange of views focused on the two Countries\u2019 bilateral relations, and especially on the investment prospects for Italian firms. In addition, the two ministers reaffirmed their commitment to continue in the ongoing cooperation effort to solve the difficult situation in Venezuela in full compliance with the principles of democracy and of political freedom of action; in this shared perspective, they pledged to resolutely continue to be active within the International Contact Group.
