This is the first initiative of its kind by a central government department.<\/p>\n<p>The facility will also be open to public servants posted abroad, who are often employed in areas with a high epidemiological risk and limited access to vaccines. The project is part of the Lazio Region\u2019s vaccination programme and is the result of a partnership with the local health authority ASL Roma 1 \u2013 District 15, which has provided a dedicated medical team.<\/p>\n<p>The inauguration of the centre was attended by the Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry Ambassador, Ettore Francesco Sequi, and the Director General of ASL Roma 1, Dr. Angelo Tanese.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has opened a vaccination centre for employees and their families at its internal outpatient clinic.
