Minister Moavero Milanesi attended the EU Foreign Affairs Council and I participated in the International Contact Group (ICG),&#8221; said Undersecretary Merlo, who went on to add: &#8220;Concerns over the country&#8217;s humanitarian crisis, a condemnation of judicial and other forms of persecution against the members of the National Assembly, the need for free and credible presidential elections, have always been the core of Italy&#8217;s political position.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>&#8220;This is the approach we promoted in Caracas during the ICG meetings and the subject matter that we discussed with both Maduro and Guaid\u00f2.
