Their meeting formed part of the sixth session of the Coordination Committee of Ministers of the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Italy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSlovenia is our privileged partner at both bilateral level and in the broader European and international level. We take similar positions on important dossiers. We intend to continue encouraging this spirit of deep friendship and common interests in reinforcing\u00a0our cooperation with Ljubljana\u201d continued Alfano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the meeting, they spoke of further strengthening economic ties, Milan\u2019s bid for the European Medicines Agency, and bilateral cooperation in Europe, with a view towards relaunching the integration project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The two Foreign Ministers ended the meeting discussing the Slovenian minority in Italy and the Italian minority in Slovenia.
