This was the comment by the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Paolo Gentiloni, on the statements made by Tripoli following the latest talks with Bernardino Leon. Leon is the UN Secretary General\u2019s Special Representative for Libya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe strongly encourage all parties, and especially the Congress, to grasp this opportunity in a constructive spirit of reconciliation.
