It is a relevant achievement that confirms the excellence of Italian industry in this sector,\u201d said the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Angelino Alfano.<\/p>\n<p>The recently adjudicated contract concerns the engineering upgrade and expansion programme of the Country\u2019s only refinery, which will turn the plant into one of the most modern in the world, featuring the best possible parameters in terms of energy efficiency and respect for the environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe excellent result, which confirms the very good bilateral relations with Bahrain, will consolidate the presence of Brand Italy in the Gulf region, increase the weight of our engineering and construction firms in the area and also have an important fallout in Italy, in terms of the supply of goods and services.
