Alfano told his Lithuanian counterpart Linkevi\u010dius: \u201cItaly is committed to assure the security of our eastern allies\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cThe already excellent bilateral relations between our two Countries are going through a very positive phase of further development,\u201d said the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Angelino Alfano, to his Lithuanian counterpart Linas Linkevi\u010dius, whom he met in La Valletta today on the fringes of the informal meeting of the EU Foreign Ministers.<\/p>\n<p>The talks focused on the topic of security and of transatlantic relations.
