FIRST ITALY-KUWAIT SEMINAR ON PORTS AND WATER DEPOLLUTION.<\/p>\n
The first Italy-Kuwait seminar on “water management capacity on ports and water depollution” was recently held at the headquarters of KISR (the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research). This event brought to a close a series of important initiatives on water management, organised by our Embassy to present the technical and entrepreneurial skills of Italy’s scientific and technological research, which by tradition is very strong and is of great interest to Kuwaitis due to a significant gap in this sector that the authorities are trying to fill. It is no coincidence that water management is a key topic in the Kuwaiti Government’s “Kuwait 2035” vision, and should be seen as one of the most important areas of development for the growth of the country.
