Brazil \u2013 Enel recognised as best energy distribution company<\/p>\n
Enel Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o Goi\u00e1s was recognised as Brazil\u2019s best energy distribution company for the second consecutive by the Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Energia El\u00e9trica (Abradee).<\/p>\n
The Abradee award is attributed on the basis of the quality of service, corporate social and environmental responsibility, operational and economic and financial management and the ratings directly assigned by the customers. Enel Goi\u00e1s is the Company that proved to have the best performance in all the indicators compared to the previous year.<\/p>\n
The finalists in the Operational Management Category also included Enel Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o S\u00e3o Paulo, the energy distribution company that operates in the State of S\u00e3o Paulo that was purchased by the Enel Group in 2018.<\/p>\n
From 2017, the year in which Enel assumed the control of the distribution company operating in the State of Goi\u00e1s, Enel Goi\u00e1s has invested nearly 3.5 times more than previously, when the company was State-controlled. Between 2017 and 2018, the Company in fact invested more than 1.5 billion Reais thanks to which it was possible to improve the quality certification indexes of the ANEEL, the National Electric Energy Agency.
