{"id":50343,"date":"2018-11-27T14:55:54","date_gmt":"2018-11-27T13:55:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/comunicati\/2018\/11\/settimana-della-cucina-italiana-in-messico-2\/"},"modified":"2018-11-27T14:55:54","modified_gmt":"2018-11-27T13:55:54","slug":"settimana-della-cucina-italiana-in-messico-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/en\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/approfondimenti\/2018\/11\/settimana-della-cucina-italiana-in-messico-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Week of Italian Cuisine in Mexico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To celebrate the Third Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Italian Embassy in Mexico, through its cooperation with \u201cCrea Italian Connections\u201d, organised several activities, including extremely crowded master classes and cooking experiences, in addition to three original gala dinners held in prestigious hotels in San Miguel de Allende (the Belmond), Puebla (the Rosewood)\u00a0and in Mexico City, at the El Mayor restaurant, from which people can enjoy a spectacular view of the excavations of the Templo Mayor, the ruins of the large Aztec pyramid.<\/p>\n<p>A quartet of\u00a0talented and creative Chefs \u2013 Alessandro Circiello, Daniele Priori, Giuseppe Di Bella, Sergio Spoletini \u2013 delighted the guests with their recipes, fruit of the merging of Italian and Mexican cuisine, who included personalities from the world of culture, art, fashion, design, business as well as institutional authorities and representatives of the Italian community.
