Claudia Fernandez, professor of Italian language at the University of Buenos Aires and of Medieval Italian Literature at the Instituto Superior del Profesorado Joaquin V. Gonzalez, will deliver a \u2018Lectura Dantis\u2019 on the two Thursdays left in the month of August. On Thursday, 17 August, she will read the Canto XVI of the Purgatory, on the encounter between the Wrathful and Marco Lombardo and on the crisis of moral values and of free will, while on Thursday, 24 August, she will comment Canto XVII, containing visions of wrath being punished, the ordering of the Purgatory, of sins and of love.
