The plane is carrying medical devices to perform first emergency tests.\u00a0 An officer of the Foreign Ministry is on board.<\/p>\n<p> Today\u2019s is one of the many aid operations provided to injured Libyans by the Foreign Ministry after 15 wounded Libyan citizens were taken to Italy to receive medical care following an attack in Zliten in January 2015.
