{"id":52605,"date":"2016-09-29T13:27:54","date_gmt":"2016-09-29T11:27:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/comunicati\/2016\/09\/alla-farnesina-il-transatlantic-2\/"},"modified":"2016-09-29T13:27:54","modified_gmt":"2016-09-29T11:27:54","slug":"alla-farnesina-il-transatlantic-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/en\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/approfondimenti\/2016\/09\/alla-farnesina-il-transatlantic-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Farnesina hosts debate on the challenges to European security"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 29 and 30 September the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) is hosting the 9th \u201cTransatlantic Security Symposium\u201d dedicated to \u201cEurope\u2019s Security Governance and Transatlantic Relations\u201d, organised by the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) with the support of the MAECI, the Public Diplomacy Division of NATO, the United States Embassy, the Compagnia di San Paolo, the Council for Italy-United States Relations and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>The event, which will be opened by the president of the IAI, Ambassador Ferdinando Nelli Feroci, and by the Head of the Foreign Ministry\u2019s Analysis and Planning Unit, Armando Barucco, will be attended by a large number of world-renowned experts and researchers.
