The study of Mexico\u2019s education system is in the journal \u201cAnnali di Storia dell\u2019educazione e delle istituzioni scolastiche\u201d, which is published by La Scuola in Brescia. \u201cThe release of this book by a prestigious Italian publishing house with text in both Italian and Spanish is proof of the quality and strength of the cultural exchanges that are increasingly shaping Italy and Mexico\u2019s relations. The Italian Cultural Institute is pleased to promote and host this event,\u201d the IIC said.<\/div>\n<div>The presentation will be attended by the book\u2019s curators Massimo de Giuseppe, Hilda Iparraguirre Locicero and Federico Lazar\u00edn Miranda, and will provide a chance to discuss the past and the present. Massimo de Giuseppe and Graciela Fabi\u00e1n Mestas noted that \u201cthe matter of building scholastic institutions and teaching and training facilities has become one of the cornerstones of national discourse, in both its liberal and revolutionary phase, and is one of the great topics of affirmation and legitimisation for post-revolutionary governments\u201d. The subject is analysed through a long-term historical perspective, making it relevant to the present.
